Cancellations made within 48 hours of your expected appointment will be subject to 50% of the service booked. Cancellations made within 24 hours / up unto the appointment time booked OR a "no show" will be subject to 100% of the service booked. We will require a credit card at the time of booking. It is my goal to provide you with the best service possible to you and all of my clients. With respect to that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late I cannot promise that the whole service can be provided but will do my best to accommodate in whatever way that I can.
